If you chose me as your hypnotherapist, after your free no obligatory consultation; the first session we would discuss your SUD level, this is where you are at, how you feel and how you have been since we last spoke. The SUD level will be discussed at the start and at the end of each session. This is to ensure the treatment plan is working effectively and progress is always made. 

You will then enter a guided state of trance where you do nothing but relax whilst I talk to you adding in suggestions along the way. You will be under a hypnosis for 50 minutes. You will leave the session better than when you came in, more positive and most importantly happier!
