Cancellation Policy - Hypnotic Grace

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment via email [email protected] or text 07958156047 will be processed without a penalty.

Cancellations made 48 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of £30. This includes appointments where the service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is unavailable.

If Hypnotic Grace cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.

For all blue light workers, I offer 100% discount to most services. Proof and ID is required for the blue light discount. 

How many sessions you need is completely up to you. The amount recommended will depend on the reason for hypnotherapy and severity of the issue.

2. What if I get stuck in a hypnotic state?

It’s actually impossible for this to happen, if there was a problem during our session, because you are so alert; you will immediately come out of your hypnotic state realising something is wrong.

Hypnosis is just a heightened state of concentration and you yourselves go through a similar process everyday. This includes day dreaming or hypnopompic and hypnagogic states which occurs as you are waking up or falling asleep.

There is only three types of people that cannot be hypnotised, the first is somebody that can't follow a basic instruction, this includes young children. The second is somebody who physically can't i.e. if they are mentally impaired. The third is somebody that doesn't want to be hypnotised. 

Yes, I trained how to do hypnotherapy over zoom due to the COVID pandemic. I also find it more efficient and it can become more flexible than office hours. Due to the current strikes, zoom or mobile hypnotherapy seems to be accomodating and reduces transport problems.

Unfortunalty we do not yet have an office base, however this service is provided in the home enviroment as we find this helps the relaxation process and improves the results, whether that be via zoom or face to face in your home.
