Initial Consultation

I offer a free no obligatory consultation . The first time we will meet either via zoom or face to face, we will discuss any issues you have and the best action plan to take. Hypnotherapy may not always be appropriate, in which case I will recommend what would be more suitable for you.

We will discuss what you will get out of hypnotherapy, your end goal, and most importantly something that brightened your day. We will then go through the consultation form and discuss any further queries you have.

I also offer a taster of hypnosis, a guided trance of relaxation; to remove any worries you may have about hypnosis. This is a small fee of £15.

Once the initial consultation has ended and you are happy for me to continue as your hypnotherapist, you can then proceed to book in an appointment at your convenience and I will plan your first session where treatment will begin. Full payment is required when booking to secure your slot.
